Hero Naveen Chandra Exclusive Interview with RealEstateGuru

Naveen Chandra, known for Andala Rakshashi, has gained many hearts over time. The actor even won critical acclaim for his performance, before playing leading roles in Tamil films. The actor was born in a Telugu family in Bellary, Karnataka and finished his diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and worked as a multimedia animator before he forayed into films. Chandra made his debut movie in Telugu with the movie “Sambhavami Yuge Yuge” in the year 2005, and later acted in the movie Kalyanam.

Chandra made his debut as a hero in Agarathi, a Tamil movie that was a commercial failure. In 2012, he starred in the Telugu movie Andala Rakshasi, which was life-changing for him as the actor had no turning back ever since. Having appeared in various roles and genres, the actor feels one should play around with their characters in order to sustain in this highly-competitive industry. An exceptional actor that he is, Naveen in real life wants to stay as close to nature as possible, having come from a place like Bellary.

In an exclusive conversation with Real Estate Guru, the actor, who will be seen in Sony LIV’s Bro, opens up about his dream house. Without any luxuries or hype, Naveen says he wants his house to be eco-friendly. “I don’t want a big house but I want more plants, trees, greenery around me. I want more of anything from nature. I want to give more space to nature than build a lavish house, says Naveen who is soon planning to make a house for himself where his soul can feel happy and content.

“I am planning to build something where I can be soulfully happy. I do have some plans. When it comes to interiors too I don’t have any big plans. It’s just plants that you will see inside my house with everything inside the house being eco-friendly,” adds the actor when asked how he wants the interiors of the house to be. The actor also stressed on the fact that the house he will build will have more greenery than the size of the house, the reason he cites is him still being a little old-school.

Speaking further, the actor elaborates, “I am a little old school boy who knows total south culture having lived in many southern parts of the country growing up. I am spiritual too and I grew up with all kinds of emotions. I want to build something that has all these aspects where my soul gets rest, not my physical self. Something spiritual and closer to nature is what my house will be.”

Looking at the rapidly growing concrete jungle, one can hardly build a house close to nature. Naveen too feels the same, which is why his plan to build his dream house has been postponed for a while. What about the later stages in life when the city keeps growing in a concrete way, where would he build a house close to nature? He shares, “I should postpone my plans and build something away from concrete. Looking at the increasing concrete jungle, I will have to move out of that time when the time comes but I will remain close to nature. We live only once and I want to live that live closer to the nature come what may.”

On the work front, Naveen Chandra will be seen in Varun Tej starrer boxing based movie Ghani and he is also the part of Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi starrer action drama Virata Parvam, which is directed by Venu Udugula and produced by D. Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri.
