The three-day property show organised by NAREDCO in Hyderabad last week received an unprecedented response. Speaking exclusively to Real Estate Guru on the closing day of the 12th edition of the property show, NAREDCO Telangana President Sunil Chandra Reddy said that many people who attended the property show have visited the project sites and paid advances to the builders. Prospective buyers have bought the properties of their choice this time, like never before. About 100 builders participated in the property show where about 500 projects were showcased to the buyers including layouts, apartments, villas and commercial complexes. He said that about 10 banks and financial institutions interacted with home buyers on the loan eligibility. They also provided loans on the spot which helped the customers realise their dream of owning a house. All the builders, realtors, material suppliers, bankers and financial institutions who participated in the exhibition expressed their happiness for participating in NAREDCO Telangana Property Show.
* Presidents of NAREDCO associations from Delhi, Mumbai, Rajasthan, Bengaluru and Odisha have participated in the property show this time. All of them came out of the airport and travelled towards Gachibowli via the Outer Ring Road and were surprised to see the new skyscrapers. They felt that there were excellent opportunities for the development of Hyderabad city. He said that they were surprised to see areas like Gachibowli and Financial District. They were also impressed to witness many major construction companies participating in the property show.
