After a gap of almost three years, CREDAI Natcon 2022 was held in Abu Dhabi. This time the theme was “India, Nation of the Future”. The technical sessions were highly engaging, with participation of more than 1,300 delegates from various cities in India. The sessions organised at the Natcon event hosted by CREDAI MCHI impressed everyone. This programme was also useful for networking in the construction sector as old friends met and new acquaintances were made. It was possible to meet old friends. Many of them increased their awareness on new trends in the realty sector. The Natcon conference has given new inspiration to the developers of Tier II and Tier III cities. New challenges faced by the construction sector and their solutions were discussed. The conference was helpful in understanding the dynamics of the real estate market. Experts expressed their views on various topics.
Many new things were learnt through sessions on sustainability of future buildings, growth of data centers, warehouse housing, urbanising future cities. Hare Krishna Exports founder Savji Dholakia’s speech was interesting throughout. The sessions involving Lulu Group chairman Yusuf Ali, Shobha Developers founder PNC Menon, cricketer Sourav Ganguly, actor Farhan Akhtar and others were impressive. Their speeches enthralled the audience. Luc Coutinho spoke impressively on ‘How to deal with stress and lead a healthy lifestyle in a holistic manner’. He gave valuable advice to overcome stress. Founder of Thyro Care, Dr Velumani, brought laughter in his own style. CREDAI National Vice President Gummi Ramreddy was the moderator for this session. The participants were inspired by the lessons learnt from Oyo Rooms MD Ritesh Agarwal from Odisha. In all, Natcon 2022 was a great success with many such useful sessions.

The Natcon 2022 event in Abu Dhabi was brilliantly organised by CREDAI MCHI.
