The list of realtors who sell their projects through pre-launch sales campaign without obtaining the permission of the RERA gets in charge with the inclusion of MS Projects. The realtors in a post made in its Instagram account offers to sell luxury triplex villas in pre-launch events in Nandigama and priced each villa at Rs 1.70 crore. The advertisement did not carry logo of either the HMDA or that of the RERA. It is clear that the project has no sanction from these organizations. Prospective buyers should think twice before coming to a decision. Instead of jumping to conclusions, they should assess the sincerity of the realtor to complete the project.
Some promoters induce the buyers to buy properties with their glib tongue. They would not be able to tolerate the criticism from the buyers in case of delay in grounding the project. They speak as though they are doing great favour to the buyers. Instead of blaming themselves over plight having put the hard-earned money in the hands of unscrupulous realtors, they should invest in only RERA-approved projects. Even if the cost of acquiring property in RERA-approved projects is higher, they should not forget that the buyers are sure to relish happiness of living in own house.
