The company felt that as several high-rise structures are coming up on the Miyapur-Bachupally stretch, there would be need for a commercial space too to cater to the needs of the local residents. After thorough market research and assessing future needs, the company has launched Sai Kripa’s Veera, a commercial project spread over an acre.
In this 10-story commercial building which is currently under construction, three floors have been dedicated for retail space. The remaining seven floors will house banquet halls, co-living, co-working, restaurants, pubs, hotels, hospitals and clinics, said the company MD Kacham Rajeshwar. He explained that having road on two sides has come as a shot-in-the-arm for the complex, and it is the first RERA-approved commercial complex in the locality.
