Popular tech company Microsoft Corporation has bought a huge piece of land in Hyderabad. It is reported that 48 acres of land have been bought for Rs. 267 crore in Elkatta of Farooqnagar mandal of Rangareddy district, which means they bought one acre for Rs. 5.56 crore.
It has been learned that this deal was done under Sai Balaji Developers. The sale deed was registered on April 18. However, there is no official announcement from Microsoft on this. Meanwhile, in 2022, Microsoft purchased land in Hyderabad by spending Rs. 275 crore to set up a data centre.
