Bollywood director and producer, and former wife of Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao has rented a luxury apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai. The agreement was made for a monthly rent of Rs 6.5 lakh. The apartment has been rented for a period of five years, with a security deposit of Rs 30 lakh. The apartment is located in Anand, Pali Hill, Bandra West. For the first year, the rent is Rs 6.5 lakh per month, which will increase to Rs 6.82 lakh in the second year, Rs 7.16 lakh in the third year, Rs 7.52 lakh in the fourth year, and Rs 7.90 lakh in the fifth year.
Recently, Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor, who is riding high on the success of the blockbuster film Street 2, has also rented a luxury apartment in the Juhu area of Mumbai for Rs 6 lakh per month. She rented a 3,928.86 square foot apartment for one year and paid an advance rent of Rs 72 lakh.
Additionally, Bollywood film producer, director, and screenwriter Karan Johar has also rented a flat in Pali Hill, Mumbai, for Rs 8 lakh per month for a three-year period. Bollywood actor Imran Khan and his friend Lekha Washington also rented a flat in Bandra, Mumbai, from Karan Johar for Rs 9 lakh per month for three years.
