Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has purchased office space in Andheri, Mumbai for Rs 1.56 crore. The office is located on the 19th floor of the Ark One building and covers an area of 407 square feet, with a price of Rs 38,391 per square foot. For this registration, which took place on August 23, Kangana paid Rs 9.37 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration fees.
She acquired the property from Chandragupt Estates Private Limited. Kangana, who won the BJP MP seat from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh in the May 2024 elections, has declared her assets to be worth Rs 91 crore.
