Late Bollywood beauty Sridevi’s daughter and also actress Janhvi Kapoor along with her sister Khushi and father Boney Kapoor bought a luxurious duplex apartment in Pali Hills of Bandra area in Mumbai by spending Rs 65 crore. The flat is spread across a plinth area of 8,669 sft, occupying the first and second floors of Kubelisque building on Union Park Road in Pali Hills. The flat has an open garden area and a swimming pool on the first floor.
Per sft cost of the flat works out to be Rs 75,000 if the build-up area is taken into consideration and Rs 1.01 lakh if carpet area is taken into consideration. As per the agreement with the builder, Janhvi Kapoor gets five car parking slots. The family paid Rs 3.9 crore towards stamp duty. The registration of the flat has been accomplished on October 12. The pent house in the tower of the building can be used as a bungalow. There are special entry and exit points. Janhvi Kapoor disposed of her luxury triplex apartment in Juhu area of Mumbai in July this year to actor Raj Kumar for Rs 44 crore. In fact, Janhvi bought the flat in December 2020.
