Naredco Silver Jubilee celebrations in the city
Former Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu commented that Hyderabad is the most happening city. Speaking at Naredco’s Silver Jubilee celebrations, he showered praise on Hyderabad. He said that Hyderabad has national and international transport facilities, including airways, highways, and railways; connectivity to the entire city with the Outer Ring Road; many entertainment centres like Ramoji Film City; and a rapidly developing IT sector. “There is no doubt that Hyderabad is a happening city,” he asserted.
Nature and culture together form a better future
“A good blend of nature and culture is the beginning of a better future. Earlier, we all lived in harmony with nature. But now, if we are playing with nature, nature is playing with us. This is the situation all over the world. Natural calamities, untimely rains, extreme heat, and similar situations are being experienced. The reason for this is that we do not focus on measures to protect nature. Invasions have now become very common. Any government should not tolerate invasions. Also, development should be planned. Only then will people continue to lead a happy life,” said Venkaiah.
