The construction of Hyderabad’s tallest skyscraper has started. Poulomi Estates has named this landmark skyscrapper as Poulomi Palazzo. With 55 floors, those who live on the top floor can see the entire Hyderabad. The project has been designed by Poulomi Group in an area of 4.6 acres on the service road next to the Outer Ring Road in Kokapet, which is fast developing like an international city.
Only 145 flats will be built at Poulomi Palazzo, closest to Gachibowli and the Financial District. The size of each flat ranges from 6,225 sq ft to 10,160 sq ft. The company plans to complete the project in 2028, for which the construction work has started.
