Good news for Hyderabad real estate sector. Former US President Donald Trump’s Trump Towers will be coming up soon in Hyderabad, giving the much-needed push for the domestic market. Ultra luxury apartments are being constructed in Hi-Tech City, a hot location in Hyderabad. Trump Towers has tied up with Manjeera Group, which has acquired 2.92 acres in Khanamet, auctioned by HMDA. A 27-storey skyscraper is being constructed in Madhapur and this will be reportedly named as Trump Towers. Further, it is learnt that the twin towers have already received the No Objection Certification from the Fire Services department.
When it comes to flat sizes, a four bedroom flat is being designed in around 4,000-5,000 sq.ft. Similarly, five-bedroom flats are being built in 6,000 sq.ft. Sources said the Manjeera Group is planning to launch the construction work in December 2022 and complete the project in three-and-a-half years after all the approvals are received. Sources said that the flat price would be Rs 13,000 per sq.ft i.e. a 4,000 sq.ft flat would cost around Rs 5.5 crore. Further, the company is said to have decided to accept bookings and payments only after obtaining RERA and other mandatory approvals.
What makes Trump Towers unique is its features including private elevators, double height living spaces, balconies and roof top clubhouses connecting the two towers. For people whom status matters and those who seek unique life, the arrival of Trump Towers in Hyderabad, after Indian cities like Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune so far, is nothing short of a golden opportunity. Because living in the apartments constructed by an international company is not a joke.
