The city of Hyderabad, which is also known as the City of Pearls, has been ranked as the most habitable city in the country. The city has been progressing steadily in the realm of real estate. According to a Knight Frank report, the real boom is continuing despite increases in real estate prices, with a 25% increase in property transactions in 2023 compared to 2022.
The report indicated that the stamp duty revenue for the state government has increased manifold. Till November 2023, the number of property transactions that took place was 6268. Their total value was Rs 3741 crore. Many people have been inclined towards buying costly properties. Most of them have been voting for homes offering more and more amenities. Therefore, security-related aspects gained importance while buying properties, the report said, highlighting the growing demand for premium houses.
