Suryanarayana Reddy of Devas Infra, a marketing company, has sold around a hundred flats in the Happy Homes 2 project. It is reported that about 30 people have paid 100 percent of the money. It is known that there are employees from Singareni and common people in small professions.
It is reported that Mr. N. Suryanarayana Reddy has sold farmland in the name of Sannidhi Agrofarms in Jadcharla and has also started apartments in Mahabubnagar. No one will face any problems if the project is completed after obtaining RERA permission. But the real problem is if farmlands and flats are given to middle-class people in pre-launches. So, there is a need for the government to keep an eye on such pre-launches.
