Telangana state chief minister Revanth Reddy, nine months ago, asserted that former CM KCR, KTR, CS Somesh Kumar, and Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar must be tied to Martyrs Stupam and pelt stones at them. He even mentioned that it is fine even if they are stoned to death for lifting GO 111. He also gave an example of people being stoned to death in Gulf countries in the middle of the road if they committed any crime. Revanth criticised the idea that future generations will not survive if GO 111 is lifted. After making such humongous comments, what is Revanth Reddy doing about illegal construction in the GO 111 area? There is a need for CM Revanth Reddy to take strict action against the illegal structures in the GO 111 area. Environmentalists want the government to raze illegal villas built since last year with the support of the previous BRS leaders.
Then CM KCR and IT Minister KTR together introduced GO 69. Revanth Reddy must now find out how many constructions have been officially approved by HMDA since then and the people behind them. We need to know which builders are constructing villas illegally. Those constructions should be razed completely to protect the environment in Hyderabad.
At that time, Revanth Reddy said that the removal of GO 111 was an evil decision for the greed of four people. It is said that the twin reservoirs will be filled due to rain in Vikarabad and later areas. If GO 111 is lifted, there is no mechanism to protect Hyderabad, and Hyderabad will be submerged in floods. He then suggested that we stop this destruction immediately.
