The real estate promoters and builders who are registered in RERA must submit their quarterly and annual audit reports by the end of this month. otherwise, we will take appropriate action as per the RERA Act, warned RERA Chairman Dr. N. Satyanarayana. Builders and promoters have been directed to upload the quarterly report of their project on the RERA website as per RERA norms. Annual account audit reports are to be compulsorily uploaded every year. Quarterly reports should be submitted within the fifteenth day of April, July, October, and January every year.
He said that annual audit reports should be submitted within six months of the end of the fiscal year. “In this regard, we have already provided information to the builders and promoters,” he said. He said that Forms 4, 5, and 6 for quarterly reports and Form 7 for annual reports are available on the website and informed the builders to download them and submit the reports. He warned that appropriate action will be taken as per the provisions of the RERA Act against projects that have not sent reports.
