The Outer Ring Road’s improved connectivity between Hyderabad city and the suburbs is increasing interest in suburban villas. Most people buying villas own their own cars, allowing them to reach various destinations quickly. Additionally, the expansion of infrastructure in key suburban areas contributes to this trend. Previously, people had to travel to the city for multiplexes and shopping, but now, restaurants, hospitals, and multiplexes are becoming available in the suburbs as well. With the Outer Ring Road providing easy access, these amenities are within minutes’ reach, making suburban villa projects highly attractive.
