- Lloyds promoter family buys the luxury flat in Mumbai
Another expensive transaction has taken place in Mumbai, the financial capital of India. Mukesh Gupta, promoter of the Lloyds Group, along with his wife Abha Gupta and son Srikrishna Gupta, has purchased a sea-view luxury apartment in the upscale Worli area of Mumbai for Rs 107 crore. The purchase was made at the Super Premium Tower “Sugee Sea Crest” on Dr. Annie Besant Road. The luxury flat, located on the 25th, 26th, and 27th floors, has a carpet area of 13,207 square feet, with a price of Rs 81,133 per square feet. The apartment was bought directly from the project developer, Sugee Developers.
