These days, it is not sure where the real estate sector is headed. While some firms are good at what they do, there are a few organizations whose work is creating adverse situations in the Hyderabad real estate market. The main reason for this is the increasing controversy in this field. For example, on Thursday, a company called G Square released a full-page ad in major newspapers. Many people were surprised to see that announcement. The main reason for this seems to be the dispute between G Square and Western Constructions.
Chennai-based firm G Square is developing a venture called Western Tapovan/Eden Garden at Saheb Nagar Kalan Village in Hayathnagar. However, an agreement has been reached between Western Constructions, Srilekha Realtors, and G Square to sell 1.56 lakh square yards of this land. The project was named Western Tapovan. However, some of these plots are being sold by a person named Sudarshan Reddy without the knowledge of G Square, and G Square published advertisements in leading newspapers on Thursday. G Square’s release stated that they have filed a case in Ranga Reddy Court after knowing about this matter. As a result, on October 20, RangaReddy Court ordered an additional judge to settle the dispute through arbitration. Hence, G Square is asking people not to buy plots in it at present. However, if anyone buys plots in this venture, they will be punished according to the law, he said.
