Elnaaz Norouzi, who is Nandamuri Kalyanram’s new heroine in DEVIL, has an investment abroad too. THIS IS LADY ROSY Fame spills the beans: “I bought an apartment in Germany two years ago. I was working on singles! I grew up in that country, and my parents still live there, so I gave it a shot to buy an asset overseas. If I were to live in Germany, I would be going back to my new apartment.” Jaw-dropping real estate investment, huh? The beauty added, “I do not believe in lavish decor, but neither am I extremely minimalistic — hanging in the middle.
We live in a modern era, so we can enhance the existing warmth and beauty of the architectural space. I won’t go for extreme whites and all; that’s not me. I like pastels! Because colours can change the look of an interior, and they’re even known to impact our mood. Or maybe cream colours; there’s something special about relying on this colour scheme to express my design aesthetic.”
So your upcoming favourite in the Telugu industry is up for going bold, considering incorporating pastel hues into her home. Besides, “If I had all the money in this world, I would not leave a chance to buy a mansion for myself. The interiors need not always be associated with huge stately houses of renaissance design. Using some tips and tricks with the help of an interior designer, I want to make my home feel royal. I like to live comfortably.”
Clearly hot as hell, Elnaaz doesn’t want an outdated dream home. Instead, fancy-looking. She said it, readers! palace of sorts. She will try to spruce up her home with renovations. just to ooze some lavish appeal! She continues, “A palace shown in movies is exactly that. Those fountains are in the middle of a sprawling garden. My episode in Made in Heaven is exactly where we got married. I can always dream big; I am being coy about it. I like spending my time in the dressing room whenever I am not shooting. Additionally, I would love to have a library!”
She imagines her dream house to be in: “Los Angeles. Yes, LA, it’s. It’s been confirmed that I have a plan to build a second base in LA. I would love to have a jacuzzi there. Not having a bathtub here in India is a little sad. The real estate scene is really bad outside of this country. Everything is so expensive. Specifically, if we speak of Mumbai, we pay so much, but the appreciation value is only descending. Do the math; it won’t add up. I would rather rent than buy. Dubai is nowadays topping the charts in good real estate investments.”
