CREDAI keen to woo Rs. 10,000 Cr investment

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has decided to woo domestic investors and create employment opportunities taking advantage of the Rajasthan Summit-2022 and initiated measures in this regard. It held a crucial meeting with Rajasthan CREDAI in this regard. A real estate firm belonging to Jaipur expressed its keenness to invest at least Rs 10,000 crore through the Rajasthan Summit-2022.

It has expressed its readiness to develop an amusement park in the second phase of the Manasa Sarovar Phase-II, build a medical college in a radius of 10 km from Peprapath hospital. Besides, three industrial estates are going to be developed in Jaipur with a potential to set up at least 2000 industrial units in them. Two integrated townships are going to be set up with a total of 35,000 plots. The company is ready to establish an IT hub to set up IT units on the lines of those in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore. Two working women’s hostels would be built on Jagatpura Trunk Road and a private golf course on Delhi Road. The officials are optimistic that the Rajasthan Summit will pave the way for industrial development and creation of more jobs in the tourism sector.
