CREDAI.. 25 YEARS.. SUCCESS STORY

Twenty years ago, the construction industry was such that builders would construct houses and apartments as they liked in areas they found suitable and by their personal preferences. However, bringing all the builders together under one umbrella, the CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India) association was established. This association brought builders together as members, set up organisations in various states, and provided the necessary advice and guidance for the growth of the sector.

Alongside this, it also provided technical assistance to both the central and state governments, helping to resolve numerous issues faced by the construction industry. The association kept its members updated on modern practices and developments. There is no doubt that CREDAI has played a crucial role in the growth of the construction industry in our country, which has developed steadily over time. CREDAI has been key to the growth of the Indian construction sector over the last two decades.
