Telangana State Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has made it clear that he will extend his out-and-out support to the real estate sector of Hyderabad. In a recent program held at Nanakramguda, he said that all iconic structures across the world are built by some builder, so the government will make decisions that will benefit the state in the long run. The CM said that he has a complete understanding of the real estate sector. He said that he would develop the Hyderabad Metro Rail system in such a way that it would be useful for a large percentage of people. He said that he would take the state forward with a clear understanding of development.
The CM explained the Hyderabad Metro Rail plans separately. He said that they will expand the metro rail system from Nagole to LB Nagar to Shamshabad Airport, from Miyapur to Chandanagar via Ramachandrapuram, and from Raidurgam to the American Consulate. Efforts will be made to develop pharma villages on national and state highways on two to three thousand acres. These will be developed according to the walk-to-work concept. All in all, the construction industry is saying that the CM is all ready to develop the real estate sector in Hyderabad with open arms.
