Revenue officials have recently decided to take action against the illegally built Imagine high-end luxury villas in Bakaram on GO 111 land. TS RERA has decided to issue notices to ‘Imagine High-End Luxury’ (a subsidiary of Dream Valley Resort). The revenue authorities have already issued a notice to Dream Valley Resort, which is building Imagine Villas. The revenue officials decided to demolish these unauthorised villas, and in this order, Moinabad Tahsildar K. Gautam Kumar wrote a letter to the Collector and the HMDA organization. The file related to this has reached CM Revanth Reddy. Revenue, HMDA, and police officials are waiting for orders from him regarding the demolition.
The Revenue officials understand that the fourteen villas in the second phase of the Dream Valley company’s Imagine Villas have no permission. Moinabad Tahsildar K. Gautam Kumar stated in a letter to the Collector that the same thing happened in the construction of 19 villas in the first phase. Along with this, he has written to the HMDA to send task force teams and sufficient personnel to demolish these villas. As illegal construction of villas in Bakaram in the Osmansagar and Himayat Sagar catchment areas picked up, some environmentalists and locals have complained to the government. Rs 25 crore per villa…
While this company is constructing each villa in fifteen thousand square feet, the price has been decided by Dream Valley as Rs. 25 crore. Environmentalists have been expressing concern for some time that Dream Valley Imagine Villas, which are damaging to the environment, will destroy nature even more. It is reported that Dream Valley Company, MD, has built a bungalow in an area of about thirty thousand square feet. And, if bungalows of such a large size are constructed in the GO 111 area, all the wastewater released from them will go into the twin reservoirs, express nature lovers. If left like this, there is a danger that the twin reservoirs will become another Hussainsagar in the future. In recent times, many environmentalists have complained to the government that Imagine Villas will make these twin reservoirs (Osmansagar and Himayat Sagar) polluted by flouting the rules against nature. With this, the revenue officials decided to demolish them.

The ‘Imagine High-End Luxury’ villas being constructed by the Dream Valley company in Moinabad mandal are being built on 10 to 15 acres. Officials found that the company sold 13 villas in the first phase. The revenue officials found that 19 villas are being constructed in the second phase and 15 more villas are being constructed in the third phase. However, the revenue officials claim that the 13 villas that were sold earlier will be demolished as soon as permission is received from the government. He said that these villas are being built by Kancharla Santhosh Reddy of Dream Valley Company.
Tight spot on illegal constructions…
Moinabad Tahsildar K. Gautam Kumar said that they will take strict action on illegal construction. He said that the matter has already been brought to the attention of the government. They said that the reply given by the company ‘Imagine High-End Luxury’ to the notices given by them was not correct, and apart from that, they realised that the company was constructing these villas without any permission.
