Buyers get complete clarity

  • CREDAI Property Show grand success
  • Over 50,000 visitors
  • Buyers get awareness on current realty market
  • Developers get a fresh direction

CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show has given good clarity to the buyers who are a bit confused. Those who were anticipating that the Hyderabad construction sector will collapse or the prices of flats will go down due to increasing supply, could gauge the current trends in the realty market. Nearly 50,000 visitors at the Property Show got first hand information on various upcoming and ongoing projects in Hyderabad including number of flats coming up, their locations, both old and new projects, as well as the facilities being offered in these projects, among others. Cyberabad Police Commissioner Stephen Raveendra who was the Chief Guest at the closing ceremony of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show, presented awards to various organisations on the occasion.

Home buyers were able understand the impact of cancellation of GO 111 on the market prices and how the government was planning to develop these 84 villages. Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao made it clear that there will be no slowdown in the development of Hyderabad in the next 10-15 years. This turned out to be a major boost to the construction industry.

As a result, the construction companies are going ahead with their future plans, while the home buyers too will be able to purchase their dream home accordingly. The home buyers could easily understand about the areas which were developing at a rapid pace through the Property Show as they could get information on – which areas of Hyderabad are witnessing industrial development? Where and how many people will get job and employment opportunities? And many more such questions.

New direction

Not only the developers who took part in the Property Show, but also all the builders in the construction sector also realised the need to undertake projects in the areas of the public demand. They could identify the emerging areas which are likely to witness rapid growth/development in the near future. The construction companies understood that rather than focusing only on the Western Hyderabad, they must take up new projects to meet the needs of people in various parts of the city which have more job and employment opportunities.

They realised the need for the urgent need for the entire construction sector to move in a whole new direction with innovative reforms. The decision to set up a centre specifically to train masons, carpenters, bar benders, painters and plumbers for working in the construction sector, was welcomed by a large percentage of construction companies as it would be beneficial to the construction sector in the future. This measure will significantly reduce the number of people going to the Gulf countries from the Telangana region, for work.
