For making inordinate delay in submission of documents by builder, the Haryana RERA imposed a fine of Rs 15 lakh on a builder. The builder is identified as The Signature Infra build Private Limited.
The company launched a project in Sector 89 of Gurugram, but did not submit the crucial documents like NoC issued by the fire department, environmental clearance approvals, service plans and estimates to Haryana RERA. Therefore, the Haryana RERA imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh on each documents. As the builder failed to submit three crucial documents, he was asked to pay Rs 15 lakh.
