Bhuvanateja racket spreads to districts

  • Buyers left to suffer
  • Lose their life-savings
  • Running around company
    office for their money
  • Given lame excuses
  • With sales getting tougher, company
    shifts operations to other districts
  • Likely to get duped, if you buy
    property without RERA approval!

Bhuvanateja Infra committed massive pre-launch frauds in districts of Hyderabad, Rangareddy, and Medchal Malkajigiri. Realising that they can find no more people to dupe, the company appears to have shifted its racket to other districts.

The company management came to a conclusion that there will be a mad rush to buy flats if offered for less than market price.

The company MD Chakka Venkata Subramaniam has no experience in construction. However, he realised that people would come running, if he offered flats at low price. He also understood that his tricks will not work in and around Hyderabad. Hence, he is gradually shifting to the districts. The builder from Rajahmundry has now set out to cheat the people of Telangana. He started illegal collections in cities like Mancherial, Nizamabad and Jadcherla. People must remain cautious if someone offers property for a lower price and avoid wasting their hard-earned money.

Bhuvanteja Infra, which was responsible for many pre-launch scams in and around Hyderabad during the Corona crisis, offered flats for just Rs 12 lakh at Shamirpet. Many people invested without ascertaining the facts.

With money flowing into his pockets, Chakka Venkata Subramaniam used the Ponzi scheme and expanded the illegal collection scheme. He started up to a dozen pre-launch projects across the city. Although he did not get permission from the local authorities, he tricked the buyers by pretending that the construction work had started. In other cases, the money was collected, but no project was launched.

Over a period, people started realising that they were being cheated and many of them canceled the bookings. Since then, they have been running around the company office in Panjagutta to get back their hard earned money.
However, Chakka Venkata Subramaniam has been fooling people by delaying repayment of the booking amount on one pretext or other. The interesting thing is that he claimed Tulsi Bhagyanagar as his own project and collected huge funds, but did not register the flats. When some buyers approached the project builder, they were informed that Subramaniam did not pay the amount to him. Upon confronting, Subramaniam is promising to get registration done in a couple months. Realising that there was no use in running around the office of Bhuvanateja Infra, some buyers are planning to approach the court and others are gearing up to file a complaint with the ED, Income Tax and GST departments

What happened to Indraprastha in Nizamabad?

Bhuvanteja Infra has launched a pre-launch scheme to build a gated community along with a three-star hotel on about two acres in Nizamabad. They also performed the ground-breaking ceremony without obtaining any permissions for this 96-flat project. None is aware about the project status or fate of those who purchased flats in it. When Real Estate Guru contacted the company executive concerned for information, he informed that he did not know the current status of the Indraprastha project and whether the construction will start or not.

Fresh scam in Mancherial!

A social media campaign has been started that Bhuvanteja Infra is building a gated community on 200 acres in Mancherial, and under a pre-launch offer, a 2 BHK flat is available for just Rs 10 lakh. Further, a house in 200 sq. yards is being offered for Rs 20 lakh and a villa for Rs 40 lakh. Without any doubt, Chakka Venkata Subramaniam who hails from Rajahmundry has drawn a sketch to cheat the people of Mancherial. Hopefully, the people of Mancherial do not fall prey to him by blindly believing his schemes and invest. They are strongly advised to purchase properties only in RERA approved projects rather than losing their money to fraudsters who are trying to fool you citing low price.

Another fraud by changing the company name

Bhuvanteja Infra MD Chakka Venkata Subramaniam has realised that people are aware of the scams committed by his company and decided to sell properties under the name of new company. He is now selling farm plots under the name of Sannidhi Agro Farms at Jadcherla. He started to woo new buyers. But Real Estate Guru strongly hopes that no one else falls for his trick.

Buyers Beware (BOX)

Pre-launch or low price, home buyers must remain cautious while making such purchases. Once you lose your hard earned money to such conmen, it is very difficult to get it back. Those who have already bought flats in projects pertaining to Sahiti and Jaya Groups, are facing severe problems. If you don’t want to join that list, don’t buy pre-launch flats from companies like Bhuvanteja Infra.
