Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka stated that he would tell bankers not to ask for Hydra invoices at the upcoming SLBC meetings. Speaking at the Naredco property show on Saturday, he mentioned that Hydra would not go after projects that have approvals from GHMC, HMDA, and DCP. He clarified that Hydra has been set up to protect parks, lakes, and rocks, and it does not grant any invoices. He emphasised that the construction sector in Hyderabad generates significant revenue for the state of Telangana. He explained that the government is taking all necessary measures for the city to emerge as a global city. In this context, he called on the Hyderabad real estate sector to do its part. He noted that the construction sector is integral to state development and that efforts would be made to resolve the issues faced by the industry.
