Gummi Ram Reddy, the Chairman of Ark Group from Telangana, has been unanimously elected as the CREDAI National President (Elect). The election took place on Friday during the CREDAI National ‘Change of Guard Ceremony 2025’ event at the Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar, in the presence of Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. During this event, he specifically addressed the real estate community and stated that he would work towards advancing the five-point agenda set by CREDAI National. He also expressed his commitment to fostering transparency in the construction industry.
He joined CREDAI Hyderabad in 2008 and became a member of the Executive Committee the following year. He served as the Secretary of CREDAI in the united Andhra Pradesh. After the formation of Telangana, he became the first President of CREDAI Telangana. He played a key role in establishing around 11 chapters. Additionally, he successfully organised the CREDAI awards. Not only in Telangana but also at the Southern Hyderabad level, he worked tirelessly to strengthen CREDAI. He has served three times as a member of the CREDAI Natcon Organising Committee and played a constructive role as the Chairman of the CREDAI Expansion Committee.
He is from Chityala village in Nalgonda district of Telangana, and his unanimous elect as the CREDAI President (Elect) at the national level is a matter of pride. Under his leadership, the CREDAI National Conclave event in Israel was successfully organised. Subsequently, he contributed significantly to organising national events in a way that captured the attention of members. Because of his efforts, it can be said that there is no builder in the Indian construction sector who doesn’t know him – whom everyone fondly call “Ram.”
