Aparna Constructions and Estates is going to invest Rs 2,550 crore in Puppalguda to build 3664 apartments in 14 blocks of 33-storey structures on a 37-acre site. The 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments of the project will vary in sizes and the plinth area varies between 1027 sft and 2257 sft.
The project is going to be completed by 2027. The gated community will house a sports complex, a commercial block and a clubhouse (plinth area 86,423 sft). The amenities to be offered are piped LPG supply from centralized LPG bank, use of solar energy in common areas. Aparna Estates MD SS Reddy is confident of the firm achieving 30 per cent growth by next year launching several residential and commercial projects. He said that the project will provide jobs to over 1500.
