AP sanction houses to Poor

AP Minister for Housing Jogi Ramesh has declared that the government will sanction houses to the homeless poor, who owned a house-site. In all, 21.30-lakh houses are being built in AP. The Minister said that 20% of the total houses for weaker sections sanctioned across the nation have been allotted to Andhra Pradesh.

He inspected the Jagananna Colony Layouts developed in Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram districts. He reviewed the progress with officials and issued instructions to them. He asked them to provide water supply and development of overhead electric lines along with development of roads in the colonies.
