Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has suggested that Andhra Pradesh’s capital Amaravati should be developed as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) city, and has advised officials to plan accordingly. The Chief Minister conducted a review meeting with officials at the Secretariat on this matter.
He proposed that the Amaravati logo should reflect the concept of Artificial Intelligence, with the first letter ‘A’ and the last letter ‘I’ in the name “Amaravati” coming together to form the AI city logo. He emphasised that the capital should feature technological conveniences visible from every angle. The Chief Minister mentioned that the CRDA office, which was planned to be built using the G+7 method, had seen no significant progress under the previous government, with construction being stagnant from where the TDP left in the past.
The past government had left these construction projects incomplete. Officials have now stated that the construction of this building will be completed, and the Chief Minister has directed them to finish it within 90 days and make the new office available. He also advised using the most advanced technologies for building construction and ensuring that there is no compromise on quality.
