If you buy a hundred square feet space for eight lakhs, they will get Rs 6000 per month as rent. It announced an officer to first pay 10 percent money, Rs. 6.40 lakh should be paid after HMDA approval, and the remaining after RERA approval. Although the law says that sales cannot take place before RERA approval, the owner of the company feels that he is above the law. Now, people want to stop him from building similar projects elsewhere in the future. TS RERA should completely cancel the rent scheme in this shopping mall and multiplex.
