Project handover to buyers with ease
Poulomi Estates has successfully handed over the Poulomi Avante project in Kokapet to its buyers. On this occasion, Prashanth Rao, Managing Director of Poulomi Estates, gave an exclusive interview to Real Estate Guru. Some of the interesting details he shared are:
“We are very happy to have launched the Poulomi Avante premium gated community project in Kokapet. We started this project in 2023 and recently completed it, handing over the flats to our customers. Built on a total of 4.75 acres, Poulomi Avante consists of 475 flats spread across a G+23 structure. We have created several modern amenities, including a beautiful clubhouse, banquet hall, shuttle court, indoor games, walking track, outdoor gym for residents, basketball court, cricket pitch, and a children’s play area.”
“Recently, with the government’s announcement of free EV vehicle registrations, many of our residents now have the opportunity to purchase EV vehicles. Additionally, we have set up an EV charging facility for two-wheelers. With a green building concept in mind, we have implemented a system to store rainwater and use it for the residents’ needs. Compared to when we started the Avante project in 2022-2023, there has been a significant demand for homes in the Kokapet area. Customers from West Hyderabad, North Hyderabad, and other parts of the city are showing interest in this area. With the increasing number of IT buildings, Kokapet is becoming the next destination.
If the Musi River rejuvenation project initiated by the government is completed, the face of Hyderabad will change for the better. The city will truly become beautiful. We must congratulate our state CM, Revanth Reddy, for taking such a bold decision. The metro facility from Raidurg to Kokapet Neopolis is also a game changer. Initiatives like these will take the Hyderabad real estate market to the next level.”
“Apart from Poulomi Avante, we are also constructing another prestigious project, Poulomi Palazzo. This project will be completed by 2026. Along with this, the Poulomi Infinity project is also under construction. Additionally, we are planning to launch a high-rise residential project in Madinaguda. We have designed this project to be mid-budget, spanning 25 acres. If everything goes as planned, we aim to start construction work in the first half of next year. We are also preparing to build another new project in Madhapur. Along with all these, we are also starting a new project in Bengaluru. We are waiting for the necessary permissions for that.”
