Recently, Knight Frank India’s report highlighted that Hyderabad has become the fastest-growing real estate market, overtaking Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Chennai. The report also pointed out that home prices in Hyderabad increased by 11% in 2023, reflecting strong demand from both investors and end-users.
