Record set by Signature Global
One of the prominent real estate developers, Signature Global (India), has set a record in its project sales. The company recently launched Daxin Vistas in South Gurugram and sold properties worth Rs 2,300 crores in just 10 days, creating a buzz in the market. “Between September 20 and September 30, in a span of 10 days, we achieved Rs 2,300 crore sales in the Daxin Vistas project.
This project caters to two key segments: premium and middle-income housing,” said Mr. Rajat Kathuria, Chief Executive Officer of Signature Global (India) Limited. Daxin Vistas includes industrial flats and is being developed over 125 acres near the Sohna Elevated Corridor in South Gurugram. The project offers independent floors, commercial spaces, industrial units, and office spaces.
Rajat further explained that on a monthly basis, Signature Global has been averaging sales of Rs 1,000 crores over the last 9 months. “In the first six months, we achieved sales of almost Rs 5,900 crores. Over the last nine months, we have recorded sales of Rs 9,000 crores,” he added. The company has shown excellent performance in recent quarters. He noted that compared to a loss of Rs 19.92 crores in Q2 2024, the company recorded a profit of Rs 4.15 crores in Q2 2025.
