Sales on till 10.30 pm
Buyers have shown great interest in buying flats in the Ananda Nilayam project, which started with a bang last Sunday. The first 100 flats have been sold and we have reached our target on the first day itself. But with many buyers still queuing to buy till 10.30 pm that night, we extended the launching offer for the next day as per their request. As a result, another 100 flats were booked on the second day. The project received a good response from the buyers who understood the specialities.
