Real Estate Guru Effect
In response to a story appearing in these columns of the Real Estate Guru edition dated Jan 15, the state government on Friday began the preparations for the auction of 1092 house plots in eight districts, to bring the hassle-free plots under the hammer of the auctioneer. These plots figured in Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Jogulamba-Gadwal, Kamareddy, Peddapalli, Asifabad, Vikarabad and Adilabad districts.
District Collectors will conduct the auction proceedings. Officials have already made arrangements for the purpose in the districts. The auction will be conducted transparently in the districts to sell the house plots which are in varying sizes. Depending on the number of plots to be auctioned, the auction would be held physically from March 14 to 17.
