Zomato co-founder Deepinder buys flat worth Rs 52 crores

Deepinder Goyal, co-founder of the food delivery app Zomato, recently registered an ultra-luxury apartment at DLF The Camellias in Gurugram for Rs 52.3 crores. He had booked this flat three years ago, and the registration was recently completed. For this, he paid Rs 3.66 crore as stamp duty.
According to the registration documents, the apartment spans 10,813 square feet and includes five parking spaces. Deepinder Goyal purchased the flat directly from the listed real estate developer DLF in August 2022, and the conveyance deed was registered on March 17, 2025.
The Camellias in Gurugram features ultra-luxury apartments and is located in DLF Phase 5. Local brokers estimate that apartments of similar size currently cost over Rs 140 crores.
Spread over 17.5 acres, The Camellias is a project housing some of the most successful individuals in the country. Industrialists, CXOs, startup founders, and members of Delhi’s elite club have purchased flats here.
