Former Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan and his family have purchased a new apartment in Mumbai. They acquired a luxury apartment in the Indiabulls Sky building on Elphinstone Road for Rs 11 crore. The apartment, which has a carpet area of 2,158 square feet, also comes with three car parking spaces. Registration documents show that Zaheer Khan, his wife Sagarika Ghatge, and his brother-in-law Shivjeet Ghatge jointly purchased the property. For registration, they paid a stamp duty of Rs 66 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The transaction was registered on February 10.
Currently, the re-sale price in this building is Rs 49,096 per square foot. Indiabulls Sky was developed by Equinox India Developments Limited, and the project spans across three acres. The building offers ready-to-move-in 3, 4, 5, and 6 BHK apartments.
