You buy, they develop

Just like the state of Telangana has given birth to new innovations, the developers of Hyderabad are introducing new innovations in the real sector. It does not require permission from local authorities. RERA permission is not required at all. Here, the developer acts as a facilitator. DSR-SSI has introduced this system on 150 acres in Tukkuguda. Wondering about the procedure? Here is the detailed information:

DSR-SSI has decided to undertake a villa project on 150 acres in Tukkuguda. Land prices are skyrocketing. So it is buying land per acre with investors in this 150-acre land in Tukkuguda. The price here is up to Rs. 4.25 crore per acre. After you buy this land from farmers and register it, you have to hand over the same acre to the DSR-SSI organisation for development. Then the company will give you a fully developed plot of 1700 yards. When the price of a yard is Rs. 40,000, getting 1700 yards is not easy. After that, villas will also be built there. Then your investment will yield more profit than expected.

If you are not able to invest Rs. 4.25 crores per acre, assuming you have only one crore rupees, another option has also been announced by the company. If you buy an acre of land in Mominpet for one crore rupees, you will get 1600 yards. It is noteworthy that big companies like DSR, which builds ultra-luxury flats in Hyderabad, have introduced similar schemes. We will have to wait sometime to know where the real estate sector of Hyderabad will end up.
