Are you buying a new flat? Have you checked the land ownership rights, government approvals for the project, NOCs from the various departments, TG/RERA approvals, and the amenities and facilities included — and felt impressed? Have you decided to take that flat?
If so, before buying, don’t forget to ask the sales executives one important thing: find out in advance how much UDS (Undivided Share of land) comes with the flat you want to buy. Be aware that the UDS varies from project to project.
