South India’s largest Inorbit Mall is coming up in Visakhapatnam. Raheja Group is setting it up at Kailasapuram in Visakhapatnam with an investment of Rs. 600 crore. While 17 acres of land have been allotted to this, AP CM Jagan revealed that the largest mall is being constructed on an area of 12 to 13 acres. He performed Bhoomi Puja for the construction of Inorbit Mall. Speaking on this occasion, Raheja Group spokesperson said that while Inorbit Mall was built in Hyderabad on 7 to 8 acres, here it is being constructed on 12 to 13 acres. In addition, it has been revealed that Raheja’s company will also construct an IT space and a convention centre in an area of 2.5 lakh square feet at a later stage.
With the construction of Inorbit Mall, the face of Visakha will change. It is said that 8,000 people will get employment. He said that with the construction of IT space, another 3,000 people will get jobs. Jagan said that an electronics and textile park will come up on 350 acres of land in Hindupur. Through this, 15 thousand people will get employment opportunities. Neel Raheja, Chairman of Raheja Group, said that they already have malls in Vijayawada, Guntur, and Rajahmundry. Soon they will set up malls in Nellore, Kakinada, and Tirupati as well.
