Fine imposed on Krithika Infra Developers

Telangana RERA has taken strict action against Kritika Infra Developers for violating RERA regulations and engaging in illegal activities. The company has been fined Rs 29.96 lakhs.

The company launched a project named “Sheshadri Silver Oak” in Boduppal village, on the outskirts of Hyderabad, without registering it with RERA. It was found that the company issued advertisements and collected money from the public without proper RERA registration.

The company, owned by Dr. Srikanth, Shashikanth, D. Gopal, and Radha Bhukya, showed fake registrations for the project and collected large amounts of money from several consumers. However, after taking the money, the company failed to complete the construction and did not provide any updates on the current status of the project.

Following multiple complaints, RERA conducted an investigation and confirmed that the company violated the law by advertising and selling without proper registration. As a result, the company was fined Rs. 29.96 lakh. According to RERA regulations, advertising and selling without registration is prohibited.
