Vertex Homes, a renowned construction company based in the city, has launched a skyscraper project called Vertex Viraat in Miyapur. Spread over a sprawling area of around 8.75 acres, the stilt plus 30-storey skyscraper will have a total 1,428 flats. Two and three bedroom flats will be built in the sizes ranging from 1,340 to 2,030 sft. The club house alone is being developed in an area of around 50,000 sft.
Vertex has designed the Viraat project in a strategic location in Miyapur. From here, international schools like Silver Oaks and Kennedy International, junior colleges like Narayana and Sri Chaitanya, Gokaraju Rangaraju, VNR Engineering colleges and even JNTU are within a short distance. Club house is the main attraction
The main attraction of this project is the club house which is being developed in about 50,000 sft. In this, modern facilities have been given a lot of attention. A multiple sports complex has been designed comprising Badminton Court, Squash Court, Billiards Lounge, TT Lounge, RoofTop Swimming Pool with Deck, Kids Pool, Modern Gym, and Preview Theatre. Strategic location
What makes Vertex Viraat unique is that it is very close to the Mumbai National Highway. The Miyapur Metro Rail Station is within a walking distance of the Viraat project. You can walk to the metro station. The state government plans to extend the metro railway line up to BHEL and once implemented, it will be very useful for the residents of Vertex Viraat.
