- To commence operations from March 20 in Nanakramguda
The US Consulate office is moving to new premises in Nanakramguda. The US consulate in the new premises will be inaugurated on March 20. The state-of-the-art building was built at a cost of Rs.27.87 crore. Currently, the US Consulate office is functional from its office in Begumpet Palace. By 12 noon on March 15, all of its activities at the old premises will come to a grinding halt. The operations will commence at 8.30 am on March 20. The consulate will be closed from then till 8.30 am on 20th from 12 noon on March 15. The Consulate General has advised US citizens seeking emergency services to contact +91 040-4033 8300 by 8.30 am on March 20. US citizens seeking emergency services after 8.30 am on March 20 should contact +91 040 6932 8000. US citizens are advised to send e-mail to HydACS@state.gov in case of non-urgent inquiries.
