After cancelling the license of Mahira Homes, the DTCP has blacklisted two more companies titled Mahira Buildtech and Czar Buildwell for grave violations in procuring licenses for their four affordable housing projects in Sectors 63A, 95, 103 and 104 respectively of Gurugram. The two companies have submitted fabricated bank guarantees and also forged signatures of bank officials to secure permissions while procuring the licenses for their projects. Neither the two developers nor their directors would be given any new license in future.
Last week, the DTCP cancelled license of Mahira Homes affordable housing project in Sector 68 and recommended the registration of FIR against Mahira Infratech Pvt Ltd (formerly Sai Asina Farms Pvt Ltd) for forging documents and fabricating bank guarantees.
