The Telangana Real Estate Developers’ Association (TREDA) president Chalapatirao Rayudu has gone on record saying that the property show held to ensure a congenial atmosphere in property market was by and large successful and evoked overwhelming response from buyers. The exhibition drew more than 20,000 visitors. Talking to the Real Estate Guru on the last day of the exhibition, he said that attracting over 20,000 visitors was not a small thing.
The categorised the visitors to the expo as serious buyers. Over 35,000 leads could be generated during the three-day exhibition. In fact, 500 buyers made spot bookings. On the whole, the exhibition concluded without any hiccups on a happy note.
