Hyderabad construction sector is breaking new ground. Some builders are not content with simply building an apartment within the land they could obtain. Instead, they are designing plans to give a brand new experience to the residents. They are choosing a theme that will be liked and useful for the residents in all ways. For this, construction trends around the world are being studied, discussed with experts, possibilities are being examined and theme-based projects are being announced. The flats in it are being sold like hot cakes before the deadline.

Bengaluru-based Total Environment has undertaken a project called The Meadow Dance in Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. Thoughtful designs which are close to nature have been given a lot of importance in this project. Advait Retirement Homes is constructing 166 villas on 15 acres within the 400-acre Jayadarsini Township in Medchal. Many companies have started golf courses and are selling villa plots which are marketed as the golf communities. A company called Naandi is creating eco-habitats for those who want to live in pollution-free locations. Villa projects have been launched in Nizamabad and Chevella for those who are nature conscious, seek urban refinement and rural ambience. Now, Janapriya Engineers is also building a modern farmhouses near Vikarabad. Even Bangalore based Prestige Estates introduced Disney theme in their Financial district project, High Fields.

Happiness is a theme
City-based Giridhari Homes has launched a brand new luxury gated community based on the theme of happiness. The area of Kismatpur, which is pollution free and has a perfect opportunity to grow, has been chosen for this purpose. The clubhouse has chosen a new concept of “Happy Bodies, Happy Minds, Happy Souls, Happy Hearts” to bring happiness to its visitors. In total, more than 40 names and symbols that trigger happy thoughts in a person were chosen.

Company MD Indrasena Reddy explained the main reasons for choosing the concept of happiness was that happiness has become scarce due to a variety of reasons in the city. This ranges from traffic jams to pollution to unnecessary quarrels with people over petty things. He said that the desire of every human being is to be happy, but in the current situation, many people are leading a meaningless and questionable lifestyle filled with chaos and confusion. He said that the Happiness Hub project has been launched in Hyderabad to overcome such challenges. Fortunately, they are getting a better response from the buyers than they expected.
