The city-based construction company Vasavi Group is building ten projects in Hyderabad. On a site area of 90.38 acres, in all 58 towers are being constructed, including four 4 in the commercial sector. In Hyderabad, about 13,071 families will realize their dream of owning a home. The company is working tirelessly to complete the projects, which are under various phases of construction, within the stipulated time.
As far as commercial complexes are concerned, two projects have been undertaken in 13.10 acres. It is developing around 44 lakh square feet distributed among four towers. It is noteworthy that two of these structures are being built in Gachibowli and Wipro Circle, which are identified as hot locations in Hyderabad. Of these, 2825 to 46,175 sft. of commercial space is being developed.
